Josie Rohach

Head Coach

 Josie Rohach is in her third season as head coach after serving as an assistant coach for the Gophers for two years. A four-year Minnesota alum, she graduated in 2020 and brings firsthand program experience to her role. Rohach spent six years coaching at Osseo/Park Center and currently coaches with Chill Lacrosse. She works full-time as a designer and photographer for AU Pro Sports.

Taylor DePauw

Assistant Coach / Defensive Coordinator 

Taylor DePauw is in her first season as the Gophers’ defensive coordinator. A former collegiate player at the University of Wisconsin–Stout, she brings years of coaching experience from Simley High School, Minnetonka Youth, and Team Minnesota. DePauw is also a Ph.D. candidate in Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology (MICaB).

Sam Hasbrouck

Assistant Coach

Sam Hasbrouck is in her second year as an assistant coach with the University of Minnesota women’s lacrosse program. A 2023 graduate, she had a standout career as an attacker for the Gophers. Hasbrouck currently serves as the head coach at Spring Lake Park High School and works as a Human Resources Generalist for Colorfuel.
